Your audience knows what to do. Let them feel what changes it.
Barak Yaari turns a keynote into the demonstration. Stories and behavioural science lead into a guided state shift the whole room does from its seat, then carries into the decisions that follow.

Insight opens the door. The room still has to move.
Most business and leadership audiences already have enough information. The gap appears later: under pressure, in the room where a hard decision has to be made, when the familiar identity takes the wheel again.
Barak makes that gap tangible. He teaches just enough for the mind to follow, then uses breath, focused attention and guided rehearsal so the audience can experience another response while they are still in the room. Nobody is called up. The shift belongs to everyone.

Choose the question. Barak makes it experiential.
Experiential keynote · 30 to 45 minutes
The Answer Was Never the Problem
Knowing better changes nothing until the state underneath it changes.
Barak begins with the insight gap: the maddening distance between a decision made in the mind and a pattern that keeps running anyway. Then he stops explaining. The audience uses breath and focused attention to feel a real state shift, fully seated, inside the keynote itself.
Best for: Leadership conferences, founder events, company programmes.

Let Go to Lead
The identity that built success can become the rule that limits it.
A direct look at what happens when responsibility becomes control, high standards become perfectionism, and being needed builds a company that depends on one person. Barak brings the subject out of theory with stories, behavioural science and a guided letting-go experience.
Best for: Leadership teams, women in business, executive audiences.
Experiential session · 30 to 45 minutes
State on Demand
Pressure gets a vote. It does not need the final word.
Dragon breath, focused attention and a short guided rehearsal give the room a practical way to shift state before a decision, a pitch or a difficult conversation. The audience learns it by doing it, with no volunteers and no public sharing.
Best for: Breakout stages, sales teams, offsites, founder gatherings.
With Daria Vodopianova · 2 to 3 hours
Identity Installation Night
A whole room rehearses who it is becoming.
Breath first, then a long guided trance, then integration. Barak facilitates the breath and trance while Daria hosts and tracks the room. The format ran for 44 people at Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia and for 40 in Bansko in July 2026, followed by Bristol in September.
Best for: Evening programmes, festivals, retreats, curated rooms.
Facilitation · 1 to 3 days
Immersions and leadership offsites
More time turns a useful state into a practised one.
A deeper arc for founders, leadership teams and private groups: letting go of the old operating pattern, finding the state the next chapter needs, and rehearsing it until the room can recognise and return to it.
Best for: Retreats, private groups, leadership cohorts.
From retreat floor to hotel ballroom. The work travels.
Barak has facilitated intimate groups and public rooms across Europe and Asia. The Identity Installation Night ran for 44 people in Sofia and 40 in Bansko in July 2026, followed by Bristol in September.

He left the golden cage. The useful skills came with him.

Barak Yaari began as a computer scientist and engineer at Microsoft. It was the dream job, and it slowly became what he calls the golden cage: impressive from the outside and too small for the life he wanted to build.
He left, built nine businesses, watched most of them fail, and spent the next decade working with founders and leaders on performance, business vision and human potential. Along the way he trained in NLP, hypnosis and breathwork. The engineer never disappeared. Today that same systems mind designs technology and live experiences for change.
With Daria Vodopianova he co-founded Mind Artists and co-created the Identity Installation Method. On stage, Barak is warm, direct and practical. He explains the pattern, runs the experience, and gives the room a way back to the state when the real decision arrives.
Barak and Daria also take the stage together. See the two-voice formats.
A deeper room. A straightforward production.
The talk becomes the demonstration
The audience leaves with a felt reference point, not another page of notes. The experiential piece is built into the slot and closed on time.
Everyone stays in their seat
No volunteer moment. No public disclosure. No one is asked to perform a breakthrough in front of the room.
A very light rider
One microphone and a room that can sit undisturbed. Low light helps the deeper formats and is optional.
Language matched to the room
Hypnosis and trance where the audience welcomes them. Focused attention, guided visualisation and state management where institutional language fits better.
Built around your theme
Barak shapes the stories, teaching and exercise around the audience, the programme and the decision your event wants to move.
